After more than a month Sandi and I continue to love our new home. It was not easy finding just the right place, but with a lot of help from you we did it. The most amazing part of the process was when we offered a contract on another home prior to our eventual purchase becoming available. We offered a contract that was first rejected by the owner, then later offered by that owner back to us at our terms. You sensed our uncertainty about that home and suggested that we look at another home just coming on the market. How rare it is for a Realtor to put so much extra effort into finding just the right home! Most Realtors would have simply tried to complete a contract we were close to signing. While the fact is that our new home was at a price slightly below the one we almost purchased and thus proof that you cared about placing us in the right home and not just making a sale, we really did not need that proof.
